The Netherlands

When I was 7 months my parents took me on a trip to The Netherlands: I could fit in the suitcase if I wanted to!

It was November and very cold and rainy at that time - but I had a ton of fun. This is me with daddy and my "opa and oma Chicago" on one of the grachten in Amsterdam. I could feel the "hobbelige" straatjes while riding in my stroller and there are people on bikes everywhere. Hope one day I will bike around in that town!

We went to some pubs ....

Had another beer...

And did a boat tour as well. FUN!!!!!!!!!!!

In Nijmegen I got to play at my Aunti Ilja's Daycare - dat was leuk!

We celebrated Thanksgiving in Nijmegen and dad made a stuffed "Dikke Kalkoen" for all of us.

I finally got to meet a lot of the people my mom always talks about. Unfortunately I couldn't say hi to all of them but below are some pictures with the ones I did got to hug myself.

On Saturday November 24 ben ik "gedoopt" in de Lourdeskerk in Nijmegen.
A very special occasion and I was happy to share with some lovely people.

After the church there was a party - FOR ME!

That was super cool. I had no idea were everybody was talking about but I had a good time. Look at all the fun people I hang out with that day....

Halloween

On Oktober 13 we went with a bunch of mini-friends to our first
Pumpkin Patch - I had no idea what it was but I had fun and I got
to pick a big pumpkin. Look further to see what happened to that
beautiful big orange thing...








Before we could carve the pumpkin into a nice
Jack -O - Lantern, the Squirrel found it - he grew super
fat after eating that whole thing.


A week before the pumpkin Patch I went to my first Halloween Party
at Landon's house - look at all my super cute and silly dressed-up friends!

Trip to California

My first vacation with mom and dad to California.

More visitors from California and Holland

Beginning of the month Quinn's grandparents H and Robyn came to visit us.




Fee and Joep came all the way from Holland, had a great trip around
the country and when back in Frisco they did a good job protecting me
from Norman!


And back in Denver time for some rest...

Highlands in Denver

We live in a pretty cool neighborhood: The Highlands.

Mom met some great new people doing yoga and stuff and you know what:

they all have super cute little friends for me to play with!

I love to swim!

In June I went to the swimming pool for the first time:

that was with grandma Linda, aunt Kim, Leslie and my cousins Grace, Jules and Quinn.

I liked it so much that my mom and dad took me swimming more often.
